Be Playful 2.0 - Sweden

During Easter week 2025, Cooperative Fjället sent three young participants to the international Erasmus+ project "Be Playful 2.0" in Kopparberg, Sweden, organized by the youth organization Awesome People.

Together with young people from Spain 🇪🇸 and Sweden 🇸🇪, the participants took part in a unique youth exchange where games, learning, and well-being were at the center. The aim of the project was to show how board games and playful activities can be used as tools to develop cognitive skills, cooperation, and emotional intelligence.

During the week, the young participants had the opportunity to:

• Learn about different types of games and their educational value

• Work in international teams

• Take part in an interactive game night for the local community

• Challenge themselves in new social and creative environments

The accommodation and activities took place at the Awesome People House in Kopparberg, where participants also cooked meals together, organized cultural evenings, and shared their own experiences and traditions.

The project was guided by the values of inclusion, sustainability, and participation, and all participants worked with Youthpass to reflect on and highlight their personal learning outcomes.
