January: Back to work! Planning days and SFI - Francesco

As the first month of the year January is usually viewed as a heavy month full of thoughts about the future and what the year will be like. Of course our future is important, but we also need to think about the kids, and Fjället staff was super ready to take on this challenge during Planning Days!
We spent one night in a luxury hotel facing the ocean with spa, getting closer to our colleagues privately and also professionally exchanging opinions that we never did before. It was an amazing start as we could really give space to our thoughts in well planned meeting that centered Fjället and our kids well being!
Coming back you could really feel in the air a freshness in ideas and ways to make the workplace better, and each of the staff felt more included in the decision making. I think after that our teamwork improved decisively.
My personal journey with SFI started in January as well! Swedish is a very funny language having a mix of English and Latin in it that makes me smile when I hear similarities in the words used. I'm looking forward to become a good Swedish listener, and maybe one day speaker.
